We are pleased to announce that our next FREE Gwent Landlord Forum is taking place on Wednesday 13th July between 6 and 8pm at The Parkway Hotel and Spa, Cwmbran.

If you are a landlord and currently letting properties or thinking about buying to let in South Wales and you have not previously attended, pop this in the diary as this event is for you.  If you know someone who is a landlord and might be interested, please do pass this open invitation on to them – we are always happy to welcome new guests.

Speakers include:

Paul Fosh – Paul Fosh Auctions

Paul has spoken to this Forum before and is back by popular demand.  His open, honest, friendly and informative presentation on buying at Auction will not only entertain you but give you some valuable tips if you are thinking about purchasing or selling via the auction room.  Paul frequently appears on BBC 1 Homes Under the Hammer.

Jason Critchley – DCBL

Jason is also from the TV show on Channel 5 Can’t Pay We take It Away.  Jason will chat about the High Court Possession service and collection of debts and rent arrears.

Torfaen Housing Team

Torfaen also hold a Landlord Forum and we are delighted to be able to welcome representatives from their team to talk about the services available to local landlords as part of their support.

Finally, and how better to end the evening, we have our Contract Killer, Michael Weihahn.

With the increasing invasion of plants like Japanese Knotweed and Giant Hogweed the type of service provided by Michael is no longer a nice one to have – you are legally obliged to do something about it!
