What Is a Grant State Aid Declaration Form?

A Grant State Aid Declaration form is a where you agree to declare any state aid you have received to any other support agencies that ask how much de minimis aid you have received.

If you applied for a grant to support your business during the coronavirus pandemic, you may have been contacted by your local authority to complete a Grant State Aid Declaration form.

It is very important that you complete this because if you don’t, the grant may be recovered and a penalty imposed.

Those that have applied recently won’t receive this as the declaration is now part of the application process.
